Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed, except in cases of exceptionally high order volume. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Delivery Times

• Belgium: 1 to 2 business days after shipping
• France, Netherlands, Germany: 2 to 5 business days after shipping
• Rest of EU: 3-7 business days after shipping

Stated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions and the exact delivery location. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time until it's delivered.
